Hello Abdul! The lowest I would be willing to go would be 200 for this amazing device. And yes I can absolutely ship there.
TBH at $170 there's high competition between S21, iPhone XS, 11, Pixel 6 & Z Flip 3.
If you manage the charger I can purchase it for $190 or $185 w/o charger.
I have stretched my budget as your phone is unique but not more than the stated price.
