Is this truly unopened package from Samsung?
Yes. It still has the original tape that Samsung uses to seal the phones as seen in one of the photos.
Is this item an iPhone on Samsung? The post is for Samsung but description states "This iPhone has been put through a 30 point inspection by an Authorized Reseller to ensure proper functionality. All our devices have a clean IMEI and are tested for functionality." Also based off this statement the phone is not truly unopened, if it was tested for proper functionality?
Sorry about that, this is the Samsung. We pasted the wrong inspection text from our iPhones. It's new, sealed in the box, hasn't been tested.

They won't unlock until after it's activated for 45 or 60 days on their network.
