Shark Traders Return and Warranty Policy: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

At Shark Traders, we ensure that all devices come with a 30-day return and warranty policy (please refer to the specific listing for details), starting from the date of delivery. In case of any physical or cosmetic damage, it is essential to report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Free returns are offered exclusively for functional defects or incorrect items received.

For returns related to cosmetic discrepancies, change of mind, wrong orders, or buyer's remorse, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Please make sure to carefully read the "damage description" in each listing. Keep in mind that the photos are stock images representing a model similar to what you will receive. If you are looking for a device in like-new condition, with minimal to no scratches or signs of use, we recommend purchasing a device listed as MINT.

Minimal cosmetic expectations should be considered for devices purchased in FAIR condition. We do not accept returns for cosmetic discrepancies on devices in this condition.

Returns due to cosmetic discrepancies must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the device and are subject to the 15% restocking fee mentioned above.

All returned devices must be wiped clean and returned in the same condition as received. Failure to do so may result in additional fees. For your peace of mind, we keep detailed photographic records of each device prior to packaging and shipment.

The buyer is responsible for safely packaging, labeling, and returning items within 5 business days of return approval. Shark Traders is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we recommend obtaining proof of mailing and receipt for all returned packages.

Order cancellations (such as address changes, wrong orders, or change of mind prior to shipping) are subject to a 6% cancellation fee (or a $10 minimum) to cover non-refundable payment processing and listing fees.

If an order is shipped and returned to the sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, a refund will be issued, minus a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers shipping costs in both directions, payment processing fees, and relisting fees.
