SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

- Receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order ships.
- Tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

- Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.

RETURN POLICY

- Returns accepted within the first 30 days of purchase; after this period, no refunds or exchanges can be provided.
- To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and returned in the original packaging (if sold as NEW).
- No refunds or exchanges for devices or products with iCloud, Samsung, Google, or similar accounts. Mobile phones and tablets must be restored to factory settings.
