Sorry for the typo. This is a Galaxy S23+, as show in the photos. This phone is SIM locked to At&t, but you can purchase a SIM unlock code for the phone so that is can work on all services.

Is the sim activated in AT&T network, so AT&T will recognize when I put in the unlock request?

The phone is locked to AT&T. You purchase an unlock code from a third party and insert it into the phone. AT&T has no way of knowing (and has no reason to care) if the phone is unlocked to work on another network.

Do you know the date of manufacture of the phone? How long have you posessed the phone for?

I've had the phone since June of this year. I do not know the date of manufacturing.

Do you know if the phone was bought and paid in full on an ATT postpaid or prepaid account? I'm trying to figure out the unlock policy from ATT which is dependent on these factors.
