Fully paid off. I misunderstood the question as I have the phone on Verizon service but bought directly from samsung with no financing.
Tried to buy today but it says payees account is locked or closed. make sure your paypal account is good.
Still wont let me buy. keeps throwing the same error code. with paypal and venmo. I hope you can get this fixed. You have the best price and I'd like to buy.
If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).
While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.
