The keyboard and trackpad wear is almost non noticeable , if any wear under micro inspection I would say it’s maybe 5% wear.
I have a MacBook from work. So I have been using my own MacBook as much.

For the SSD health I'm looking more for read/write cycles and life left. DriveDx is a free app which shows a lot of detailed stats about the SSD. A screenshot from the main screen that pops up showing this info would be great.
See photos. I also noticed a minor hairline scratch on the top, just disclosed that in photos too.
