The listing says the scratches on the camera don't affect pictures. Have you checked all photo modes? Just seems unlikely that would have no effect. Thanks.

Hi. Scratches don't seem to affect images at all. This actually true on most cameras like DSLRs. Picture having a screen close to your face and looking past it, the sensor essentially looks beyond the scratches. However looks like there is replacement camera glass covers you can buy. Alibaba has one for $5.

I happen to have spent years working on phones , so I figured out the Ali Express thing on my own after I asked earlier . :)
Just to be certain as another one listed is def not, Is this the retail version? Yes, it listed as the Unlocked, but the Project Genesis and Consumer Cellular ones are not totally the same as Retail even when unlocked.
Hi. Bought this directly from Motorola.com unlocked and have used it on Google FI. So yes believe retail version.
