• Is this phone paid off? If so, do you have a way to substantiate it?

• Verizon typically unlocks phones 60 days after date of purchase for postpay customers or 60 days after activation on the Verizon network for prepay customers and anyone who buys from a partner retailer like Best Buy. Is this phone subject to unlocking based upon purchase date, activation date or some other policy?

When was the device purchased? Verizon locks their devices to Verizon for 60 days before making them unlocked, so just making sure it would work for me.
