The phone in the pics is the one you will receive. This unit is new and is NOT a refurbished unit. It is 100% functional and is still in Apple warranty until 5-31-2024. The display is in near mint condition - please see pics. There is some scratching on the back towards the bottom - please see pics. There is no iCloud account tied to it. It is currently running iOS 15.4. This phone is unlocked by Verizon so it will work on any wireless network. This is the phone with original box but no accessories and no SIM card.
