Very good iPad Pro 12.9" with cellular
It might be a little older but it's got an excellent screen and processing power. I actually prefer the touch ID in the home button over the face ID. Very responsive no scratches that I could see. Comes with a generic case.

The iPadOs is 16.6.1 - which I understand is the last version for this tablet.
Battery is good, not great since it is several years old. I'd say 3-4 hours depending on use and screen brightness.

I should have mentioned that was with screen at 100% since I have a very bright office and needed it at %100. I'll run it a while at a lower setting and see if I can get you a better answer.
Adam, I ran Youtube video @ 70% brightness for 3 hours and the battery has 67% left. So that would mean about 1 hour SOT per 10-12% battery. Hope that helps.
