Any flexibility on price? Would you consider $800?
No. This laptop isn't even a year old, and while yes has a 3070ti, performs the same as a 4070.

I had 32 gig in it. Ran me $50
Dexterity issues sadly so would need to pay to have it installed. If you can't do $900 that's okay, just thought I'd ask :)

How much is shipping? Really at the top of my budget here but I could come up $20 if that helps with shipping.
Depends on your location but it's not gonna be $20. It will be $50+ due to weight and value. I always get insurance on anything this expensive.
With tax and everything if need to be under $1,000. Think we could make that work?
Not sure how much tax is for you as that varies but it's at the lowest I'll go.
