A few questions regarding the condition if you do not mind:
1. Are there any dead pixels or discoloration with the displays?
2. How is the battery health? (e.g., any unusual drains or charging issues)?

No dead pixels, the color is uniform it's a solid display. More natural display like Sony less oversaturated like Samsung.
The battery life is fantastic, one of the best phones I've owned. I haven't used a lot of cycles as this was a backup phone to my fold

I’m mainly an iPhone user but want a smaller, lighter phone I can use in landscape mode with an app that will split the screen with links in the app to Bible verses and other references. I use it daily. Any chance you can download JW Library app (purple app) and test it? I understand if you don’t want to go through the trouble to test.

I recently purchased the Oppo Find N2 fold with about the same screen size when folded and it works perfectly in landscape mode. (Going to sell this phone. A bit heavier than I wanted.) I’m hopeful the Asus phone will do the same. Please let me know if you want me to email a sample of what I’m looking for in landscape if you don’t follow my request.

Sorry I'm not sure I understand. Are you asking if the phone can display 2 apps side-by-side in landscape mode? I'm not sure if it is capable but I'll check. Is that what you mean?
