Cesar - I have confirmed that it works on Tello. I'm now checking with T-Mobile on how to unlock it so it works properly on the Tello network.

Cesar - in order to unlock, I will have to open the box and connect it to the T-Mobile network first, and then wait a month before you can use it on Tello. Are you okay with that? If so, I will adjust price to $150 and once you pay, I'll open the box and start the unlock process.

The phone will work on Tello. However, I need T-Mobile to unlock it first before it can be used on other carrier's networks.

If phone is fully paid off I believe you could unlock it. What if buy phone and it doesn't work.will you accept the return?.
