the description is confusing - how can this be 'new condition' yet also refurbished?
Those are certified refurbished by Google. The devices are brand new condition. See pictures
By definition, refurbished means that they have been restored after a period of use. Brand new condition would imply a sealed and unused device. I'm not trying to argue, I'm just trying to understand, because if I buy a device that is 'brand new condition' externally but with a used and degraded battery, that's a big difference.
I would request Swappa's input on this confusing language.
