No repairs,
Yes dual sim and dual imei. It has one of those bidirectional sim trays which can have either 2 sim cards or 1 sim card + 1 huawei nano SD card.

I cannot sell it at 200 unfortunately. There is not a single P30 Pro (New Edition - 8GB RAM) for cheaper than what my advertisement is listed at on ebay or elsewhere. I may be flexible a couple of dollars, but not 200, sorry.

I bought it brand new in Germany in 2020 and used it until Sept 2021. Ever since then it has been a secondary phone lying in a drawer.

The battery life seems okay. It's lost 10% over standby over the last 36 hours. I will recheck using a battery monitor app and get back to you.

Since swappa and PayPal keep a cut, my lowest here would be 280. I'll get about 250 from it. If you want to buy it, let me upload battery stats first so there are no surprises.
