We ship devices within one business day, and delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. However, we are not liable for any shipping delays. Please review your order carefully before placing it, as cancellations will incur a 4% fee.

Our 6-month Rick's Stock Limited Warranty covers functionality defects and hardware repairs, but not water or physical damage.

If you need to return a device, please initiate it within 30 days of receiving the package, noting that all returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. To receive a full refund, please return the device in its original condition without any iCloud locks or passwords.

(ORIGINAL PARTS) All of our devices contain 100% original Apple parts. They have not undergone any third-party repairs or replacements.
