I don't know how to check if the phone can be unlocked. We used the phone when we were on Verizon and it was paid off in July 2023 (few months back).

Sorry I said Verizon above, I meant to say AT&T. We are currently at Verizon after moving in October.

Hey rafid could you follow these steps

Setting > General > Information > SIM restriction

Hey Fred,

When I go to general, I cannot find an option for “Information”.

When I do a search within settings for “SIM restriction” I get no hits…

Is there another way to check?

I googled this and followed some different steps, Carrier Lock says No Sim Restrictions. I’ll post a picture showing this.
