We ship on the very same business day you purchase your device. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays.
We primarily ship UPS, but if you live in an area where USPS Priority Mail is faster, we may use USPS in some situations.
If you purchase additional Express Shipping, we use either UPS Next Day Air or USPS Priority Mail Express.
I can only ship to the address provided during checkout, so please make sure your address is accurate before you place your order.

We offer 30 day returns on items if you decide to change your mind. However, these discretionary returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are at buyer's expense unless item is defective (in this case we will provide a prepaid return label).

No matter how you ship it back, the buyer is responsible for its safe return. I suggest purchasing shipping insurance for any return. If it does not make it back to me in the same condition you received it, I cannot offer a full refund. If you ship a return, and it never makes it, I cannot offer a refund at all. Please be diligent in your return packaging to ensure safe transit.
Prior to returning your device, all Apple, Google, and Samsung accounts must be removed from the device. If a device is received with an account, we will be unable to process a refund. Devices must be returned in the original condition as purchased.

Would it possible to get more pictures of the condition of the screen?
Paul thanks for reaching out. The reason I'm able to ship so quickly is because I package these for shipping as soon as I list them.
Also, it's hard to accurately represent screen condition in photos. They either come out looking better than they actually are, or they come out looking worse than what they actually are. So I generally use a rating system.
8 out of 10 means that there are going to be some scratches that are noticeable when the device is off. You may be able to feel some of them with your fingernail if you try to. But with the screen on they will not impede your use of the device at all. Plus you don't have to worry about keeping it perfect because it's already scratched!
Most of my customers say that the devices they receive from me are and better condition than they expected. I appreciate your interest.
