The warranty is void if either the software or hardware is not in the same condition as described in the listing. Including but not limited to cracked front or back glass, and software modifications.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the order being returned and verified to be in acceptable condition. To ensure the device is eligible for a return, please ensure any iCloud/Google/Samsung account has been removed.

Hi, what is the max battery life duration when fully charged?
Good evening. The battery life duration depends on the application(s) being used. Per Apple, "Up to 10 hours of wireless web,
Up to 10 hours of Apple TV app video playback,
Up to 30 days of standby time". The battery only has 276 cycle counts and is in good condition. Thank you.
