Hi! There are no scratches on the screen itself - it's had a screen protector on it for as long as it's been in my possession.

It comes with the standard applecare 1 year warranty and I purchased it about less than 3 months ago, so it should have about 9 months of coverage left.

It's running iOS 17.

It is unlocked, yes - I purchased it directly from an Apple store in Portland, Oregon. Not sure why the ad lists "unlocked, Cricket, Ting...", because all I selected was " Unlocked" when I wrote the ad, haha :)

It will definitely work on T-Mobile - that's my carrier!

I have seen two different messages “there is a buy lock try again in a few minutes” and “ payee account is locked” or something like that
