U Need A Phone, it appears you are using the iOS app to sell your device but your PayPal account has not been authenticated to be linked with your Swappa account.

I am not using the ios app to sell my device. I use an android and a desktop. Also, my paypal account is successfully linked. I receive payments regularly and it shows it's linked on my back end.

What is the specific error? Paypal said there is nothing they can see on their end that could be causing a disruption in the buying process for customers.
The error message is - "Sorry, this seller is currently inactive." It doesn't let me move forward with buying process. Most likely, it could be with all your listings here on Swappa.
That is bizarre because we are active or we wouldn't be able to communicate on here.
