If you used it for a short time and switched to Moto, would the Samsung be still under Samsung warranty? If so, until when?

I was looking at options to buy and saw that Amazon is selling renewed for $140, excellent condition with 90 days refund warranty.

This is the first time I am looking at Swappa. It seems like there are a lot of hidden fees - buyer's fee, Paypal fee.

I checked the fees and it looks like it is a 3% fee unless I am missing something
