The phone is in mint condition as it's only 28 days old. It's on Metro by T-Mobile. Only the phone and in the pictures where it says Verizon ready to activate that's achieved by going to apps,device set up,mobile data and wifi and restricting background data and go back to app battery usage and changing to restricted. There is a screen protector on it but I have the device put up in bubble wrap!
