Can you please provide a picture of the keyboard with good lighting? Over time and use the keyboards become glossy. Additionally, could you provide the Cycle Count and Maximum Capacity for the battery? Thanks.

No on the original box.
I bought it on the Apple refurbished store in 2021. They replaced the battery, keyboard, and case. It was indistinguishable from new.
As far as AppleCare+, I don’t think you have to transfer it anymore. It’s just forever tied to the serial number but if there’s something I can do after purchase I will. When looking up the serial number on Apple.com it shows the coverage is good till April 2025.
The AppleCare+ is tied to the MBP as you've stated, but it's more of a technicality and a recommendation to do a transfer.
Would you consider $1300? (I didn't realize this was purchase refurbished until you mentioned it.)
