Hey Kabelo, I got the back glass repaired at the Apple Store, when I got it back, past scuff marks were gone, battery health went to 100% I had to set up everything like it was a new phone. It looks like I received a certified refurbished phone or something. Everything looks and feels brand new.
Can you check the model number, if it starts with N it's a replacement phone.
