Yes. It seems to be locked to Verizon. But I'm using a Verizon MVNO, so you're not restricted to just Verizon.
So in settings it says “sim locked?”
Yes
Can you get it unlocked by verizon?
How about $375? I can buy today. Can you work with me to have Verizon unlock it? Should only take a phone call and they will unlock it for you.
