I have a question. When it comes to the interval timer or the high intensity training. Hiit. My question is though, can I set it to just vibrate every 2 minutes via the HIIT, or interval timer, or the equivalent name, but nonetheless set it to only vibrate every 2 minutes and create a plan to make it repeat as long as possible but not be required to do the workout, ie if I set it up to say running with a countdown of 2 minutes do I have to run etc. I generally need it to keep track of time while giving a massage I still want to track heart rate and all the other metrics but wanted to vibrate to let me know to transition to the next parts of the body. That is the first question and the second is can you adjust the vibration settings to vibrate softer or vibrate more intensely so customizable. Simply said, can I get it to just do the timer and it will just count and vibrate when I want it to? And is the vibration setting or intensity of vibration customizable?

Hi, Joshua. First, you can set the strength of the vibration in the settings to one of 3 levels: low, medium, or high.

For the HIIT activity, I have not used personally, but it looks like when starting the activity, you can select "HIIT Timers" and choose a "Custom" (as opposed to AMRAP, EMOM or Tabata) and then you set the interval to whatever you like - the default being 00:30 seconds which you can move to 02:00 minutes. Hope that helps!
