Hello. Honestly I'm not too sure, the A2402 model is listed as the Canadian/Japanese model but it has many of the same supported bands as the A2403 model which is listed as the global version. I'll adjust the price, it depends on what area you are in but it's usually somewhere around $10-$12. You could purchase the shipping label yourself for the return if you prefer or I could purchase it and just deduct it from the return amount.
