So there are zero signs of use? Meaning no scratches at all? Maybe it's the lighting but it looked like the bezel had scratches on it. I would also like to see more detailed photos. Take a good picture with the screen off. Its very hard for me to believe this device has zero signs of use, but it is possible.

The bezel doesn't have scratches and neither does the display. The frame in the picture is a bit dirty however. The phone has stayed in a hard case since purchase.

Compatibility is listed as Ting and Cricket. Is there any reason this cannot work on AT&T or T-Mobile? bad IMEI with them? I've got a OnePlus 7 Pro which works on AT&T (GM1917)

It uses gsm band frequency. So yeah It works with both T-Mobile and att. My carrier is T-Mobile.
