Hi, yes you can install any app on it. It already has Google play pre-installed. I am not sure where is was originally bought from.
As for the last question. It's flat. It makes sense when your gaming on it. I am not sure what you meant when you said You see Google on it. Can you elaberate?

Does it have wireless charging
Good question. Unfortunately, the Red Magic 8 Pro does not support wireless charging. It does boast a insanely fast 65w charger that charges its gigantic battery in no time. I usually have to charge my S23 daily but the Red Magic lasts 2 days. It's pretty impressive.
