Headset, L and R controllers, earbuds (never used), replacement earbud plugs and charging cord for controllers all included. I get motion sickness so VR is not for me, only used this system 3 times! Lenses are flawless, system and components show zero signs of use.

Unfortunately I do not have the box
I destroyed the box as soon as I unboxed it, I was a day 1 purchaser. I got the email from Sony that I was selected to buy it so I did.
