There is a scratch under the outside screen protector about one half inch long. typical micro scratches in the screen protector. came with the screen protector so I'm not aware of any other scratches under it. interior screen has factory installed protector and there are many micro scratches in that. at the top and bottom of the hinge, the screen protector has separated a little bit from the phone. The edges of the phone and the hinge have typical nicks and scratches from daily use.

everything on the phone works fine.
