since yours is 256GB drive otherwise the same as the ones above would you take $400

I appreciate your interest, and whether I priced it properly depends on what is important to you, a larger storage drive or faster CPU with more RAM, The Intel Core I7 is a faster processor than an i5 or m3 and having 16GB of ram versus 8GB makes a big difference, especially when multi-tasking. I am also including a very nice Apple leather folio to carry it around safely. I don't think my price is too far out of line with the other offerings.

The ones I compared with have same cpu and same memory just bigger hard drive and and sold for less. If you decide to lower it let me know, otherwise good luck

Frankly, I'm not sure why you didn't buy one of those two. I don't see an offer from you, and I don't respond to pricing questions that are not firm offers. However, to save both of us time, I will tell you I would not accept the amount discussed and you would have to do better.

Those were recent sales I looked at. I just started looking today and they were sold recently. I didn't have the opportunity to buy one of them. I made you an offer based on what the swappa market describes based on recent sales. Thanks for response to my offer, if I decide to increase it I will let you know.

I don't know. I wish you would have asked before I packaged it up for shipment. I do know it at least lasts me for an East coast to West coast flight connected to WiFi and not connected to power. It does not have a new battery.

Sorry, I wasn't aware of that. I have listed products on numerous other sites that don't have such restrictions, especially for buyers that aren't eligible to buy on the site.

Very light & small if at all. The photos are of the unit and you can download and enlarge. You should satisfy yourself that the appearance is ok before ordering.
