Hello Vivian, I attempted to check the IMEI to see if it is compatible on my phone, and even though I enter the IMEI and click continue, the site literally does nothing... I will try again on my computer when I arrive home. Sorry about that!

Aw no, I am sorry it's not working. I just tried it myself and it didn't work. Thank you for trying! Unfortunately they need the full IMEI number so they can check compatibility. I connected with them via the chat, where you can check. They're quick to respond normally, but I don't expect you to have to do that.

Oh, I just realized something: I think it isn't clear when the device works on the network, because it's not obvious that when the little green box "recommended for you" pops up below the section where you enter the IMEI, that means the phone will work on US Mobile's network.
