- Does NOT cover issues caused by heavy uses (degraded battery over time), physical damages (heavy scratches / crack / dents from drop), and liquid damage (moisture / submerged in water).
- Device may be IP rated but it is simply water resistant and NOT waterproof. Warranty does not applied for ANY sign if water damage.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping TO & FROM our service location
- Please get approval by contacting Customer Service by including your order ID and date of purchase for verification purposes
- We will verify the device once it arrives at our service center. (IMEI must match and no damages)
- Out-of-warranty repair may be available for the cost of parts + labor.
