Hi Nik, yes. I believe it can only work on T-Mobile as I bought it from them. You may be able to pay for it to be unlocked from a third party but I'm not sure on that process.

The price was updated to 590 right away. Swappa still adds their fees. That's probably what you are seeing. Yes, the phone is in perfect condition, no issues.
