I have never had a USPS loss. Not sure what your talking about. If you want FEDEX ground I can do that but you will have to pay anything over $20.

Is this phone OEM unlockable? Settings -> System -> Developer Options -> OEM Unlocking (If it's not grayed out it's unlockable).

Also from the picture of phone screen, it's hard to tell if there are any scratches or scuffs on it due to the image on the screen.

I don't think the Preferred Care matters it does not appear to be transferable for any models newer than the Pixel 6A.
