PayPal charged me a $1 dollar fee and then credited it back whenever I tried to purchase the phone
That sucks. I'm not sure what the issue is. Can swappa do anything to verify this?
It was a new card. I googled what it meant, and it said that PayPal was just verifying my card, by charging the dollar and crediting it back. So, I am just going to try to purchase it again and see what it does. I’m just hoping it doesn’t double charge me is all.
Okay, I tried to do it again and the PayPal message was that my bank is completing further verification. So, I’m guessing that it’s due to being a new card. I will contact my bank when they open. For now I don’t know what to do about this purchase. Hopefully it’s still available whenever my bank is done with the verification.
I found out my bank blocked it cuz they thought it was fraud. I’m sorry for wasting your time, I’ll just have to pass so that someone else can buy.
