Is this unlocked to work internationally? And does it come with original charger?case or screen protector?
It's just the phone, nothing else. Yes, it will work with any carrier. It was paid in full directly from Google.
No restrictions on network. But please contact your carrier to confirm, to avoid any headaches.
Can you do 300 since there will be no charger?

No, it just needed a new screen, sir. We use Google certified oem genuine replacment screens from Mobile sentrix. Not refurbished. Brand new.
In that case, can you guarantee IP68 water resistant after the screen replacement?
I can not offer a "factory" guarantee. However, we use the same adhesive as the factory. Also, a Google certified product from mobilesentrix.com.
