The Cellular Resource will ship your order within two business days (Friday orders are shipped by Monday at the latest). We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless expedited shipping is selected at check out. Currently we do not provide international shipping.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and on Paypal prior to completing your purchase! We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to have your address changed prior to checkout, then you will be subject to a 2.9% +0.35c cancellations fee. After we receive and process your return and it meets our Return Requirements (below), we will refund your payment or send a replacement device within 2 business days.

--No password locks

Fees for refunds and returns outside of warranty:
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for each device that has not shipped

--Out of policy returns (over 30-days) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee up to the device's full value.
