The iPhone 12 is in used, but good condition. It has scratches, scuffs, and nicks on it. I have tried to accurately capture these in the photos. It does not have any major damage such as cracks or broken glass.

It is completely paid off and functional/ready to be activated. The phone is currently on iOS 16.3.1 at this time. It will be factory reset to remove my personal information and have my sim card/eSim removed. The sale only comes with a used official black silicone MagSafe case, used generic leather flip case, unused generic Lightning Cable, unused generic charging block, WIRED Apple headphones (NOT Airpods) with dongle, and the iPhone 12. It does not have the box, receipt, and Apple Care+ with it. The battery health is at 85% and the limited warranty date are shown in the screenshots.
