Returns & Refunds
Return Policies- Eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection , so you get what you paid for
- Items received not as described shall be returned to the seller for a prompt refund
We offer 30 Day returns:
On items that have a defect or a mechanical issue we will provide a pre -paid return shipping label, and a full refund will be issued once we get the item back.
For buyers remorse or unvalidated return claims the item must be sent back to us, and there will be a 15% Restocking Fee
All items must be returned in the exact condition they are sent out in. For example if an item is new and still factory sealed, it must be returned still sealed, etc
Items that are returned damaged or in a different condition will be subject to deductions from the refund
Order cancellations before shipping will be refunded minus the 3.9% Paypal fee. This is because we do not get this fee back from Paypal
