Can you provide your battery health?
I just added the battery health.
Maybe it takes a bit for it to update. In the meantime - how long have you had the phone?

Could you check the value of Carrier Lock?
Settings -> General -> About, scroll down to Carrier Lock
While checking Matthew's comment above, can you also provide the Software Version listed under About?
Is it unlocked or perhaps you can request T-Mobile to unlock unlock it for you

Hi Amanda, can it be use with a different carrier? I know you said TMOBILE but I'm wondering if it can be unlocked. Do you know? Usually when you pay off the phone, it let's you unlock it
