Signature will be required for delivery on all orders with a value over $150. This is done to protect your purchase.

Returns & Refunds
Return Policies- Eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection , so you get what you paid for
- Items received not as described shall be returned to the seller for a prompt refund
We offer 30 Day returns:
On items that have a defect or a mechanical issue we will provide a pre -paid return shipping label, and once received back we will validate the issue. Once the issue is validated we will issue a full refund.
For buyers remorse returns the item must be sent back to us, and there will be a 15% Restocking Fee. On non validated returns the same restocking fee will apply, and we will also recoup our return shipping cost.
All items must be returned in the exact condition they are sent out in. For example if an item is new and still factory sealed, it must be returned still sealed, etc
Items that are returned damaged or in a different condition will be subject to deductions from the refund
Order cancellations before shipping will be refunded minus the 3.9% Paypal fee. This is because we do not get this fee back from Paypal

Ok we are ok with that country. You just have to confirm that you understand that once the phone gets to your freight forwarding company in the USA and is signed for? At that point we take no further responsibility for delivery. Once it gets there, the shipment to your country is between you and your freight forwarding company.
