There's the remainder of the 1-year coverage, which may run until ~December '2023. There's also the remainder of AppleCare+ which will end within ~30 days of sale (at a maximum). Both require confirmation since I'm can't recall when I bought the watch or if I bought a year of AppleCare+ (versus month-to-month). I suggest getting carrier coverage if you decide to connect the cellular.
