Item is in overall great condition. No scratches or other noticeable flaws on the screen / tablet. Item's battery life is in great condition; item has sign of normal wear, with a noticeable scuff mark on the left edge of the laptop and charging port (see photos)

This item will be shipped in its original box along with the original charger that came with it. The Surface Pen (compatible with the Surface Book 2) will also be shipped with it as well (in its original box).

Hi! I am interested. I would like to know does the screen attach function properly and without any problems? Also, does the laptop have any latency or lagging of any kind?

The screen does attach properly with the base of the Surface Book 2 (and of course, the screen can be detached via the "Detach" button on the keyboard or through Windows).
There is also no noticeable latency or lagging when using the Surface Book 2, whether it's using it as a laptop for everyday tasks (e.g., browsing the web), or using the included Surface Pen for drawing / notetaking.
