Minor signs of wear is more like there's some streaks and oils from finger prints and screen cleaner. No visible damage or scratches just like signs of use. And I'd rather not drop the price as the $30 is meant to offset shipping costs.

I'm selling to pay some bills I fell behind on after getting laid off from work, so I can't really afford to decrease the price as it's already as low as I can make it. I apologize for any inconvenience.
