How's the battery life on it and any scratches on the watch piece

I honestly can't comment on the battery life, as I charged it every night. But it typically had 70% or more when I put it on the charger.

The very edge of the bezel is worn, and there are some small scratches on the bezel itself, you but you have to look pretty darn close to see them. There is one small scratch on the screen that I hadn't even noticed until taking close-up pictures of the bezel for you. You can't see it when the screen is on, which is why I never noticed.

Oh ok was looking for one that wouldn't charge it till it needed charging or that'll deteriorate the life cycle of the battery

I'm not trying to change your mind, just ensuring you have the correct information. The Samsung Watch 3 uses a Lithium Ion battery, and Li-ion batteries actually prefer to be only partially discharged (down to 40%-50% before charging. Regular, full discharges are actually not good for this battery type.
