Hello Swappa, there seems to be an issue with my PayPal account and I am unable to access the amount that was just sent. Are we able to cancel or refund this money to the buyer and switch the PayPal email? I haven't used this account in quite some time and this would not be able to be shipped out in a reasonable time frame while they are reviewing my account. Please advise.
